最近因为实验需要，要做一批骨骼肌微血管密度的免疫组化切片，但以前没做过这方面的实验，想请教一下，有人做过这个实验吗？整体的流程及抗体的选择，这个是想了解到的，谢谢

微血管密度我做过，用的是CD34标记的，具体的你可以去查文献，现在大家普遍用的是Weidner技术法，这个比较简单，也是公认的。
