标题: 皮肤标本的处理 [打印本页]

今天取了一个右足外侧包块，外观皮肤组织呈指状突起，切面很硬，很像皮角，我在脱水前还用稀硝酸泡了一下，结果切片还是很难切，比骨头的标本还难啃呀，请问各位老师遇到类似的病例如何处理？谢谢！

脱水过度或者浸蜡温度过高等情况会引起组织在切的时候掉了！

this phenomenon is tissue too hard,dehydration and infiltration are useless for this kind of tissue,do not worry too much about your responsibility.

you can choose some special fixatives to get it soft,for exemple:acetic acid can get hard tissue become soft.

也许是二甲苯的时间太长了吧

10%苦味酸，浸泡1个小时
