在做LsAB检测胃腺癌细胞keratin（细胞角蛋白）的表达时，胞浆没有出现阳性信号，但却在胞核出现了阳性信号，这是怎么回事？

背景没有非特异性染色，咋一看，还像一张染得很好的切片。我怀疑是不是试剂有问题

If positive control and isotype control are OK, I think the problem is specificity of your primary antibody. Did you use monoclonal or polyclonal antibody? Try use different clone or different company’s antibody.
