我做的角膜上皮细胞爬片，一抗有周期蛋白cyclineD1、A、E，凋亡指标bcl2,bax,p53,caspase3,请问用什么固定好？多长时间为宜？另外固定后马上做好还是放一段时间做好？谢谢！

多聚甲醛固定好,固定半小时至24小时，关系不大。

I'm not sure what you mean the cell"a Pian".
That means the cells are growing on the glass slides? If so I usually use 10% buffered Formalin to fix the slides for 10-15 minutes and it is no different with 4% paraformaldehyde for my endothelial cells. After fixation the fresher the batter for most of immunostaining but you are also able to stock the slides in 70% alcohol for a couple of months.
