同题目
试了很多次，都染不出来。或者胞浆里稍微有一点。用了热抗原修复，胰酶也试了？
有什么特别需要注意的？

上面说的是热抗原修复，貌似做不出来哦

Notes	The antibody has been used as following: Material: frozen and FFPE tissue from tonsil, gingiva and inflamed oral mucosa. Tissue treatment: Frozen sections were fixed, either with aceton(10' -20?C) or with 4% PFA in PBS (20' Rt). FFPE sections werepretreated with PIER (proteinase K 20?g/ml, 15' 37?C) or HIER (citrateor EDTA, 15' 100?C in decloaking chamber). Staining method: ABC-hrp with DAB Reliable staining obtained on frozen tissue only, but both fixation techniques are ok
Dilution notes	1:100 and 1:200 in PBS containing 1% BSA and 1? NaN3.

从他们的说明书上来看，这个抗体可以做在丙酮固定的冰冻切片上。可能无法作在石蜡切片上。
