JOBSUMMARY

BioGenex is looking for motivated employeesthat can promote BioGenex’s cutting edge line of innovativeimmunohistochemistry and molecular diagnostic products to Chinese clinicalpathologists and research institutes by providing best in market service andsupport.


KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Understanding of histology and pathology whilemaintaining a strong awareness of new developments in the field
2.Advance BioGenex’s position in the market throughservice and support by pinpointing solutions for technicians, pathologists, andother end-users
3.Develop strong relationships to customers by exceedingexpectations for support
4.Creates application notes, service reports, andtranslates necessary technical documents from Chinese to English
5.Plays an active role in the development of newapplications on BioGenex instruments

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Excellent communication both in writing and speaking inEnglish
2.Strong interpersonal skills
3.Strong sense of responsibility and ownership whilemaintaining a team focus
4.Able to make suggestions and contribute to the manyfunctions of the office while maintaining a positive attitude and open-mind
5.Perseverance and commitment to exceed customerexpectations
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
7.Should have a minimum of 1 year experience in aBiotech, Biopharma or Clinical Diagnostic settings
8.Must have passport and be able to travelinternationally
