各位老师，我现在想询问一下，冰冻切片的组织片子可以保存多久，并且在什么样的条件下保存，在烘片子的过程中，温度和时间应该控制在什么水平，给各位老师添麻烦了。

有的资料介绍在-70密封可以保存数年抗原性不会丢失.特殊染色短时间1个月应该可以吧.(a short period of time )最好及时做.
Alternatively, the frozen section slides can be stored for a short period of time at -70°C in a sealed slide box. When ready to stain, remove slides from freezer and warm to -20°C in the cryostat or -20° freezer, fix for 2 minutes in cold fixative (acetone or other suitable fixative) and allow to come to room temperature to continue with the staining.

固定后保存在－20即可，RNA大约1－2年没问题；一些个信号通道最好一个月以内，不过有人放了一年也做出来了的；多试试了。
