我们经常切的是4um的片子，但是我觉得还是显得有些厚，看不太清，不知道是不是机器老化的缘故，想让技术员切3um的，不知道算不算要求高了？

不高，制片的质量好、坏对于医生出报告是其中一个关键因素！

the routine paraffin section is thick about 4um-5um,if you look not clearly under the microscope,it is not probablely too thick,one simple method to detect the sections thick or thin:cutting a lymph node,HE stain,if the nuclears are not at one plane,it will be mushy appearance under the microscope

3和4其实没有一定的界限，机器不同切除的4也是有一定的厚薄的，只要切出的片子厚了就切薄点，我科是莱卡2135机器，平时就是3的厚度

我们的也是2135，但是我切4um的时候，非常容易切，漂片的时候看着很展，但是切3um就困难了点，不容易展平，有褶。

同意，更本就没有界限，切的时候尽量切薄点就OK了。

谢谢，曾经看过论坛上有关切片机刻度是否实际厚度的讨论，介绍的方法简便易行，但是有没有其他物理方法测量载玻片上组织片的厚度呢？
