小鼠胰腺HE染色求教

各位前辈s，我最近在做小鼠胰腺HE染色，标本室用10%福尔马林固定6h以上，切片机Leica，捞片是在40℃水中，苏木染4分钟，伊红染1.5分钟，染出来是这个样子的，红红蓝蓝的一塌糊涂，而且标本有普遍裂纹现象，细胞核很不清楚，请教各位前辈是什么原因啊？

Thanks for all of you guys, now the problem has been solved, haha, I took all the samples to the pathological department of our hospital, and they did great job~!
