Yes,维多利亚兰 can be used on 弹力纤维 staining. But I think there were missing some thing of this protocol in here.  I got this protocol 20 years ago, it was JAPANESE. If somebody wants to do 胶元和弹力纤维 staining.  I recommend you using Mr. Sun Cai Hua’ protocol; Shanghai 2d Medical University Pathology Department.
